You never know what you'll find there; some trips are much more rewarding than others. But all in all, I'm really glad to see the store reopened after so long!

Searching through old CDs is fun in itself! There was a great shop in London, sadly closed now, which had used CDs in the basement. It was almost like a secret club. People would talk in hushed whispers and there would be an occasional sharp intake of breath, meaning someone had found a gem!

This is so unlike all the rumors I've heard about you and a secret London basement club. Can't tell you how relieved I am!

Recent purchases at the local used-CD shop (well, the first couple not all *that* recent, but I've fallen behind in my reports).

The last one I picked up yesterday--treating myself after my latest hospital visit.

Newly discovered (for me) symphonic works:
Necessities of life: food, water, air, shelter, and opera.
