    So this is not the same remaster as the blue and red box I posted above? I think that one is maybe 2007 and I am told it is about the worst of the remasters.

    I don't know the answer to that - I'll have to defer to DA, who likely either has all of the above, or at least knows about them.

    This was a splurge. It is seemingly out of print - I will look for it overseas, but the various reviews are emphatic how good it is. I love the opera, so was too weak to resist.

    I am going to have to hide my mouse.
