It is the older TDK release not the new Art Haus version you show
I'm not promoting the sale you mentioned but you seriously have to be quick to pick anything you fancy. I already placed a small order on several items within twelve hours of the discount announcement and one item has already run out (a Bizet Carmen). They are practically giving them away at these prices, which including postage is less than US$10 or there of in many cases (favouring me more as the Australian dollar is slightly over parity with the US dollar at the moment). When they run out, the item will disappear from the discount site and revert back to normal full price. I ordered these yesterday (yet to be shipped):-

    Run out :-

Thanks for letting us know, HC. I had three I was dithering over but I've gone ahead and ordered them. Too good to miss at that price>

Don't we just enjoying hauling! I have those above you just purchased except that version of Tancredi. Mo´se et Pharaon sits in my unwatched pile, and the rest were enjoyable. Norma was well played by the period instrument band under Biondi sounding more Classical with very good singing, but the staging while fine, had a low budget feel to it. I think you will enjoy. I bought those at "normal discount" from the same place before, I think averaging thrice the price you would have paid on each!

Don't close the wallet just yet......

Besides the "big" TDK sale on DVDs that Natalie linked at Presto UK, they have more summer sale opera DVDs for 25-50% off, check it out:

The ultimate embarassing moment is when you buy something and later realise you already own it from past purchase....

And this doesn't even include the non-operatic recordings... which I do purchase from time to time.

I've done that about 4 or 5 times. Luckilly I have a number of close friends who are also classical music fans to whom I give these bloopers as Christmas gifts. I've got one such "present" sitting in my desk drawer right now. I stupidly bought both this:

    and this:

Only after it arrived did I realize that the second set included both Wiener Blut and A Night in Venice. Duh!

What I kind of forgot to say was that before I went bananas in the Presto Classical sale, I'd already cleared out what was left on my GBP debit card that I took to England:
