    Sondra Radvanovsky studies underway......
    I have seen the MET Trovatore online and decided to purchase DVD for the mega home theater experience




    One good sign is that I am playing Verdi Aria CD for the 3rd time tonight....I will have to do a direct compare to Gheorghiu's Verdi CD soon, there are 3-4 common tracks both share

    Been digging D'Oreste D'Adjace from Idomeneo. It's interesting to hear how diffrently singers treat some of few last coloratura notes in that aria, Anna Netrebko very staccato and AC Antonacci, well, not so much staccato (don't know how it's written in score but I'd guess that rather straight staccato):
