I have been invited to colaborate in a very fine feature film screenplay in which both of the male leadings are playing playing Cosi fan tutte on a stage while facing relationship trouble of all kinds off stage.
Will certainly be one of the most challenging works i've done so far.
I love you all guys and I hate this cast! (Maybe a little bit too drunk) cheers!![]()
I'm busy packing (and working my behind off) these days. I'm moving to Oslo tomorrow and school starts on Monday. I have a feeling I have far too few books with me (only half a 150 litre bag), but I really shouldn't pack any more of those lest I break my back carrying them around on trains and stuff. I really only have clothes left to pack. And a bit of fiddling around with the trombone(s).
I also might have some very exciting news to be announced in a few weeks, but I can't really talk about it right now (which does make something of an ass, but I really just can't help myself).

Not as exciting as Aksel's news but I've just booked my train tickets for London for my The Lighthouse trip. I know the trip is exciting but trains tickets?! Still it has to be done.
A bit more on the original mystery, from which the opera is taken.
Annie
Well, my trip to NYC to see Anna again is booked, so I'm happy! September 24-26.![]()

I've been thinking a lot lately about what I'm really getting out of a college education. It's actually interfering with my goals lately and I just don't think it's worth it. However, I'm terrified about the risk of private study. I would have more time devote solely to learning this artform but you have to look hard for truely brilliant teachers. I've actually had to stop seeing my first voice teacher after I realized that my voice wasn't safe in her hands, I've improved leaps and bounds to be sure but not always in a healthy way (which I didn't know at the time) andmay have suffered some minor vocal damage, I'm not sure yet but there are funny issues with my voice that have seemingly come out of no where. I did hate to leave her though, that was difficult, but she wanted to be more a friend than a teacher so it had to be done.
I've got a few prospective teachers lined up for voice and piano, we shall see. And I'm working on the German, nicht ganz so weit. And my brother is thinking of moving out so I'll be all alone again.Things are changing, I had to post.
Only the positive!
A very windy, chilly day here. Maximum temperature was not that low but it was the strong winds that made it felt very icy. My damn hat got blown off my head this evening as I was walking in town. I had to chase the damn hat like an old fool (which I probably am, anyway). And my large golf-umbrella was blowing all over like a damn boat sail, so I could not use it (resulting in my hat blown off my head).
Damn weather.
