    The Iolanta above is quite good, though the subtitles seem a bit skewed at times.

    Now I have found a very old Iolanta video with subtitles that were added from a different production and hopefully line up to the correct places.

    Auber's Fra Diavolo from Opera di Roma. This is the version I saw in person a couple of weeks ago. Mainly worth it for the wonderful John Osborn. Even the girls recognised that he was head and shoulders above the rest of the cast.

    Strange production/costumes and a lot of faffing around before the opera actually starts but I'm really enjoying it. Italian embedded subtitles.

    Here is a video of the entire opera, which is several hours. This one looks quite good and has English Subs too!
