This is Opera Lively interview # 150, with the great Dutch soprano Eva-Maria Westbroek, who granted us her answers for the second time (read her first Opera Lively interview [here]). The interview was conducted in person on November 21, 2014, on the occasion of her outstanding performance as Katerina Ismailova in Shostakovich's masterpiece Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk Distric at the Metropoitan Opera House.
