Not operatic but close enough to belong here rather than in the off-topic area. This is for lieder, choral, religious, and other non-operatic classical vocal music

This area is for threads that do not talk about opera
While Opera Lively is a site for operatic music, fans of opera are often fans of other genres of classical music as well, so feel free to talk about your favorite genres here. This is for classical music only, no other genres, please. Vocal classical music has its own sub-forum, grouped above with operatic music. Non-classical music (jazz, pop, etc.) belongs in the "Off-topic" section below.

This forum is for community building. General chit-chat, light banter, humor, general topics of interest that are not linked to opera are welcome here, except Politics and Religion which are topics banned from Opera Lively. Non-classical musical genres belong here, as well as cinema, literature, sports, etc.

We'll allow classifieds here and only here, as long as what is advertised is opera or classical music-related, legitimate, and with respect for copyrights. We reserve the right to remove ads that do not comply with the above.
