    Darn, I didn't see your post before buying it from Amazon UK. This one would have been less than half the price (shipping included), and it ships faster. I could cancel the other order... but I guess not. This cover picture makes me suspicious that this is some sort of pirate edition; who knows in what state and how accurate; the Amazon UK one does have the original cover image.
