Coming up, I've got
March 26: L'Elisir d'Amore (WNO w/Stephen Costello & Ailyn Perez)
March 28: Barber of Seville (Dallas Opera w/Isabel Leonard, Nathan Gunn and Alek Shrader)
March 29: Die Tote Stadt (Dallas Opera w/Jay Hunter Morris & Mardi Byers)
With much regret I must decline your very kind invitation for dinner as I will keep this time free to meet family. However I would very much like to meet if just to introduce myself, so perhaps we could have a drink together during the intermission or after the performance.
Thank you also for the invitation to join the interview with Mr. Flórez but I do not arrive in New York until the following day.
It is an honour just to receive both the invitation for dinner and to join the interview.
Intermission, then. After the performance I usually go meet the artists backstage. They allow a limited number of people backstage but I could check if they'd allow 4 people if you are interested (my wife and I + your wife and you if she's traveling with you) but can't guarantee (I'd have to phrase it saying that I'd perfectly understand if they allowed only two - similar requests in the past have been met with "the more the merrier" sometimes, but also with "sorry but let's keep it short" some other times, depending on how busy and/or how gregarious the artist is). I've met Joyce already and she is super busy so I probably won't even try to meet her again, but JDF and Luca Pisaroni (whom I've met a couple of times and exchanged email with several times) might be available.

The hot Pole himself, Mariusz Kwiecień, has posted on his website the dates for Król Roger.
I really want to see this but am struggling with it so far. I wonder if this will help my understanding?
