Not so keen on Hildegard's voice, but Domingo is tremendous in this - Best "E lucevan le stelle" ever.

Definitely Domingo is fantastic. The staging is very good too. I was not impressed with Hildegard's voice on a Der fligende Hollander DVD. This seems somewhat better. But also while she is not bad looking, she is not the beauty queen that one would expect in the role of Tosca.

Linda di Chamounix with Diana Damrau and Juan Diego Flórez. I didn't know this opera and thought it rather good. I'm getting the library to order me the Opera Rara recording.
