    And to be fair, I thought Stefan Herheim's production was actually very intriguing and attractive.

    But yeah, I never really got my head around that bear.

    Seriously, though, the 'treasure trove' is called Amoeba Music, and there are locations in San Francisco, Berkeley and Hollywood, so if you are going to be in any of those places I recommend you stop in and browse. Amoeba is one of the few places left where you can still get vintage LPs, and their DVD section is extensive.

    I would but it's a bit far from New Zealand,which is distinctly lacking in lovely second hand classical CD shops.
