I listened a couple of times then went through all my Verdi operas including this one. It is a fine performance with good sound, think it is live, but I have nothing to compare it with. I'm like that. My top three Verdis are Simon Boccanegra, Macbeth and Don Carlo but the rest I keep changing my mind about.
